What’s New?
This new round of compliance training will offer updates on the financial, clinical and regulatory risk areas affecting health centers and will offer guidance on how health center compliance programs can take action to address these risk areas.
The training program has two sessions:
- Describes the evolution of corporate compliance programs and strategies for implementing effective compliance programs.
- Identifies emerging enforcement trends;
- Explores high risk areas, addressing Medicare and Medicaid billing, potential gaps in coverage under the FTCA and preparing for HRSA site visit reviews.
